Night skiing is usually available from middle of December. Dates may change due to snow accumulation at that period.
Can we get to the other ski resorts from Niseko Village ski resort ?
Grand Hirafu and Annupuri ski resorts are connected to our resort on the top of mountain. You can access to the top by Niseko Village Ski Gondola.
Do you have a daycare centre at the Hotel ?
We do not have a daycare centre within the hotel. We however can recommend a local babysitting service for your children.
Do you have a souvenir shop within the hotel ?
We have a souvenir shop available during selected operating hours located on the 1st floor.
Do you have a coin laundry at the hotel ?
No. Unfortunately do not have a coin laundry option within the hotel.

The nearest one is actually located a ten-minute car ride from the hotel.

Yes. We have a Domestic card use only ATM machine within the 1st floor lobby area.

We have inside and outside hot springs. Unfortunately we do not have a sauna within the hotel.

Smoking is available only in smoking guest rooms, sepecified areas in "EZO Pub" outside the hotel.

Yes. We have options available on the 3rd floor of the Hotel.

You can purchase them at the shop located on the 1st floor lobby area within the hotel.

We have two Karaoke rooms located at the EZO Pub which is on the 2nd floor.

We have a total of five restaurants within the hotel and one is also adjacent to the Wonderland Chair Ski Lift separately located on top of the mountain.
What types of food do you offer at the restaurants ?
We offer both options of Japanese and Western menus. You can also enjoy a selection of a la carte menu options, course menu and both lunch & dinner buffet selections.
Do you have a first-aid kit for the guests ?
Yes. Please ask our Front Desk Team, we offer selected items only.
Can we request for a special menu for special dietary requirements or allergies ?
Yes. Please let us know in advance and we will cater to as many requirements as possible.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi access ?
Paid Wi-Fi access is available in all rooms and public space.A compulsory resort fee is included the Wi-Fi fee.
Can you store valuables at the reception area for guests ?
No. Unfortunately we are unable to do so but each room has its own individual safety box.

We have many team members who are able to speak both English and Japanese and additional have some members who can speak Chinese and Korean.

Yes we can put you in contact with a babysitting service, please advise in advance to your stay.
